Scope: the air conditioning system for the Sam Adams Pub required renovation. The system is replaced with a new more efficient system which incorporates integrated sustainable principles. Our solution is based upon providing a design that meets the Navy’s goals and performance standards that minimizes impact to customer operations. The new RTU is sized pursuant to computer generated load calculation summaries based on the total load derived from design values.
