The Challenge
Soos & Associates, Inc has provided consulting services to Five Guys since 2008 for 95 locations across the country. Our firm has developed and improved their corporate drawing standards on our projects, and has begun to take over management of such standards on a national level for all stores and franchises.
Scope of projects:
Projects include interior build-outs and remodels in suburban strip malls, urban mixed use and highrise buildings. We have addressed sites that were significantly out of compliance with building codes, coordinated with or modified new and existing
mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and resolved many unique structural and architectural conditions. Each project has required anticipation and understanding of these varied situations and an ability to respond promptly and knowledgeably with
solutions. We have been able to identify and address these issues while maintaining our client’s corporate standards and dynamic schedule through our experience and expertise in building codes, construction and engineering systems.
Soos & Associates, Inc has also been instrumental in the development of Five Guys corporate standards in this region. Improvements have been made in drawing sets, coordination with mechanical and kitchen systems, and the final construction of their stores. These improvements are currently under development as national standards to be used for all new stores and franchises.
